Provide leadership, direction and coordinate all activities of the company in accordance with the goals and objectives of the organization to safeguard and grow the assets of the organization for future generations while providing sound returns to current owners.

At least ten years of professional experience across IT industry.


§  Build and manage a team to initiate strategic operating direction.

§  Provide executive leadership to help build a multi-year strategic plan for the company.

§  Direct operations to achieve annual budget goals and company sales targets.

§  Refine location practices that lead to superior levels of customer service.

§  Provide leadership and oversight to facilitate synergy across departments.

§  Provide leadership and direction to ensure that future leaders of the company are identified and developed.

§  Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to discuss related issues.

§  Promptly manage all escalations that bubble up by location.

§  Provide counsel and direction in all location operations matters.

§  Direct and coordinate the successful opening of new operations, new locations, and special events to promote location sales.

§  Ensure implementation and execution of corporate marketing programs at the location.

§  Full P&L and operational responsibility for the business and all brands across the company.

§  Managing support functions. I.e. HR, Operations, Production, Inventory, Finance, Logistics and Sales.

§  Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management, outside officials and agencies, and the public, expressing ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.

§  Produce monthly report to the Board of Directors on the company’s state of affairs.


§  Masters in Business Management or related discipline required.

§  Knowledge of financial management and accounting required.

§  Knowledge of ICT operations and an ability to provide high-level customer service.

§  Superior understanding of an organization’s goals and objectives.

§  Excellent individual customer service skills.

§  Self-motivated with ability to work in an unstructured environment.

§  Strong operational mindset, decisive, with a "get it done" and “whatever it takes” approach.

§  Ability to quickly identify key issues and develop broad organizational solutions.

§  Able to work in and bring structure to ambiguous environments.

§  Ability to synthesize diverse information into effective strategies and innovative insights, translating complex ideas into simple, actionable recommendations.

§  Ability to be objective in analysis and share learning constructively.

§  Strong oral, written and formal presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way and proven track record with executive level communications.

§  Strong people leader with ability to inspire, influence, and motivate all levels of the organization.

§  Trusted advisor/ thought leader, particularly around strategies to drive results.

§  Proven experience in managing teams including ability to provide direction, understand resource capability and successfully drive results working with direct reports, dotted line and/or internal or external resources.

§  Fluency in English and Swahili both written and spoken.

§  Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.

§  Excellent interpersonal skills to manage a large team.

§  Appreciates constructive criticism.
