Job Purpose: 

Responsible for sales & business Development and Conducting Trail at Customers place to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

Technical:

Business Development of Chosen Sectors - Identify new opportunities, Conduct trials, and Commercialize opportunities for
Specialty Polymers – MCNs, Elastomers, etc. –
Masterbatches & Fillers
Stabilizers & Additives
Identifying New Business & Potential Opportunities
Developing Existing Markets
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Market mapping and update database 

Sales & Marketing 

Marketing Products to Customers – Selling the benefit of the product that fulfills customer’s specific needs
Maintaining & Maximizing Current Customer Potential
Building Deep Networks across Customer’s Organization
Single Point of Contact for the Customer Demand Forecasting – To Leverage Customer Demand without Overstocking
Monitoring and Achieving Sales Targets
Debt Collection and Credit Control.
Responsible for conducting trials on film extrusion , injection , blow  operations
Customer Complaints – Following Up on Complaints and resolving them to customer’s satisfaction.

Mandatory Competency Required:

Minimum 5 to 8 years of exp in Sales & Business Development of Polymers & Chemicals.
